Just when can we expect the onslaught of subpoenas? I'll be hitting the Farmer's Market this weekend to stock up on freshly popped Kettle Corn!

Seriously, this is reminding me of the lead-up to the Watergate Hearings. The * WH is repeating Nixon's faux paux over and over again. That is the definition of insanity isn't it - "to keep repeating the same pattern of behavior with expectations of a different outcome"?
The arrogance of power is astounding to me. I'm hoping to see the day that justice will prevail again.

And just remember . . . US v. Nixon resulted from a garden-variety request for production of documents (actually the WH tapes) under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. So ordinary, and yet so enduring . . . .

4. I've been sooooooo

wanting to find the Watergate Hearings on DVD (to no avail so far). I was longing for some feel-good moments again. Perhaps I'll be seeing something similar soon? I certainly hope that the eloquence of Barbara Jordan and Sam Ervin will be present. Maybe there will be word tomorrow, Friday or next week when this show is going to hit the road.
