I'm so sorry for what I'm about to say, I call BS. For all the other "honorees" the honors being bestowed are much deserved.

Willie and wife never showed up ever in Crawford. Maybe he sent a generator fueled with bio-fuel this last summer, I don't think that makes he and his wife deserving of some peace award, just for whatever it is worth. Giving Code Pink personalities and others refuge in the months before is not much either. They never showed up when they could have counted for the most.

Ava and the Crawford Peace House do deserve recognition.

4. I think it's a bit premature to call B.S. on honoring them.

Why not wait until after they are honored and see what else they may have done that we didn't hear about? It's entirely possible they did more than donate a generator and the fuel to run it.

They also invited Cindy to recuperate in their home after she was released from the Waco hospital last summer, which she did.

It's Cindy's honor to give & apparently she feels they deserve it.
