The bfee is coming down and poppy knows that and he knows his dumbass offspring and along with his co-horts, which he pardoned BTW in another time, is bringing it down with all their over-zealous over-reaching. Yep, I wonder what 41 thinks about that, stabbed in the back maybe. poppy knows better but he can't stop it due to his fuck up earlier, when he thought he was buying their allegiances with the pardons. Ah but dicky boy has to be at the head of the table and thats it, no if and or buts about it either.

4. The BFEE is not coming down ...
... they're still very firmly entrenched and making nice profit, thank you.

The wheels are coming off Dimson's little illusion of a kingdom and for that, Poppy's probably pissed - and embarassed - because this is yet another fuck up from Jr. for him to smooth over.

It will pass.

And they have the power to make it so.

8. I'm just not so sure that the American people will simply turn and look away
maybe I'm giving them more credit than they deserve but I remember mccarthy and how at one time he was on top of the game

13. I saw on the Christian Broadcasting Network this morning
that they were blasting Democrats right and left complaining that Democrats are the reason nothing is being done because Democrats are spending all their time complaining about nothing.

"Everything is good if Democrats would just get out of the way. Please call your representatives and tell them you are tired of the Democrats" was their message. Or something like that.

This is not being played in television media as anything criminal. Even on PBS.

7. He's working to get everything contained. It worked with Iran/Contra, after all.

Bush43 is already using, via Snow, the "out of the loop" defense.

11. I saw that - how can he simultaneously use "don't remember discussing it" AND
"discussions deserve pres priv even if they never happened"? Who was the reporter who asked Snow THAT (as Snow put it) "INTRIGUING" question?

9. poppy tried to save little Lord Hissypants regime already, and the royal brat spat on the effort
Following spitting upon the Baker/Hamilton commission AND losing both houses of Congress, the Decider decided that nothing had changed and he still had the power to do whatever he wanted, so he fired USA's for not being "loyal Bushies" and left a paper trail miles wide in the process.

Methinks poppy is probably royally pissed and there isn't much he can do to try to save junior from being hoist on his own petard this time around.

Too many royal screwups on a worldwide scale, the gross arrogance plain to see - it's not like poppy can buy junior up into another "better" job like he has throught W's adult life. It ainly like driving Arbusto oil into the ground - this time he has ruined the entire country, and a good portion of the middle east as well.

14. As a Father, he no doubt is sorry Little George is having such problems.
Again.

But then he recalls all the times in the past where George has been weak.

He was a poor manager with Harken Energy, and sold his stock days before poor earnings were announced. So, Daddy's buddies had to bail his ass out to prevent him from going to jail for insider trading.

Then there was the baseball team fiasco. The idiot son traded Sammy Sosa for chrissakes!

Then the drunk driving arrest.

Cocaine abuses.

AWOL from service during the Vietnam War.

Somehow, nobody really understands to this day how, he became Governor of Texas, but lost the popular vote while running for President. Daddy had to step in again, getting his Supreme Court appointees to intervene and place Little George in the White House. Never mind that it was a state issue, and the SCOTUS should have stayed out of it. Never mind that thousands upon thousands of votes were never counted, just tossed in the trash.

Then Little George and his gang cooked up a scheme to keep him in the White House by stealing votes with electronic machines. But people were on to him, and at that point it didn't matter because he couldn't run again anyway.

Then that disgrace of a war in Iraq. Little George got caught lying, with his pants down. Bankrupted the Treasury, directing the millions of tax dollars to his cronies through no-bid contracts, with no oversight whatsoever.

He got caught spying on Americans. Then he got caught lying about it.

He got caught outing a covert CIA agent during a time of war, and lying about that, too.

He got caught lying about a White House investigation into the outing of that CIA agent.

Gas prices soared under his new super secret Energy Policy.

His popularity and approval ratings plummeted as the American people caught on to his irresponsibility, lying, deceit, and ineptness.

And the beat goes on...

That is why Daddy broke down in tears over his son when asked about his approval ratings.

Most parents want the best for their kids, but some kids disappoint more often than others, and Little George is a major screwup. Always has been, always will be.

He's a selfish, spoiled, arrogant little snot in a suit, who has no concept of what responsibility is because he's never been held accountable for his actions.

Now he's the most hated man in the world.

Congratulations, George. You've taken disgrace to new levels never before seen.

I'm not sure they had a plan as such early on, but with 41 & babs came a plan and they were well on their way to tyrany until 43 tripped 'em up.

21. IF this were the Sopranos, Georgie boy would 'disappear' before he implicated Poppy further...
Sometimes 'family' has to be brought back into line, and you could bet that Georgie boy would see the error of this ways for putting Poppy and his operation at risk of investigation and public exposure.

22. It amazes me how people don't think that the masters are any
different for 43 than they were for HW. Cheney and HW were in the Nixon admin together for crissakes. They were together in the Reagan admin. All of these slimey MFer's have been together a long long time.

I believe that ** was annointed to take the country where it is today. This shit is no accident.

HW cried. Please. Someone get me a barf bag. That man has no soul. You are talking about a father that went golfing the day after his daughter died.
