MSM reporting 18-day GAP in email dump?

Correct me if I'm wrong. Other than the questions lobbed at Tony Snow yesterday, I haven't heard the MSM report this and question the significance of an 18-day gap in the big DOJ email dump.

I'm especially disappointed that Sen. Leahy did not bring this up this morning on the NBC Today Show. What an opportunity to inform millions of Americans about this while showcasing the MSM's laziness or bias in not reporting it first. (You can bet they would have trumpeted the GAP if it were Clinton administration.) Rather, Leahy spoke about "100 pages of redacted emails", which the WH could always argue contained classified information or somesuch other excuse. It is a lot harder to explain a near 3-week time slot that is missing at a crucial time in the decision-making to fire the US attorneys.

This is typical of the MSM: sitting on facts that are harmful to the B*sh Admin and protecting their interests.

My point is, alarm bells should be going off, in the print and broadcast MSM.

4. press conference yesterday, Tony Snow was asked about it point blank.

And, as stated above, the WaPo ran it this morning.

I think, a lot of times, we're too ready to ascribe evil motives to the media, even going so far as to create situations that simply aren't true. I know I've done it myself before many times.
