The suit claims that Cheney holds a Texas driver's license listing his Highland Park address and that, on Feb. 22, he changed his personal records at the Texas Department of Public Safety and again listed the Dallas address.

And, yes, to answer your question, they sold that house after he became Vice President. Within the first year, if I recall correctly. It's written about quite extensively in "Angler," the absolutely brilliant dissection of the Cheney monarchy by Bart Gellman. I highly recommend it.
