2. Such actions would be labeled terrorism or a terrorist act if not committed by the guys wearing the
white hats. :P

3. Hamas is A Religious Body, Sir, Conceiving Enmity Towards Israel A Religious Duty
Clerics use their mosques as military headquarters and quartermaster stores.

5. Surely, Sir, You Know The True Form Of That Slogan....
"When you've got them by the balls their hearts and minds will follow."

No one is trying to win 'hearts and minds' on either side; they are trying to kill people who mean them harm, and smash the tools they use to try and do it.

"They say war is an art, but its not. It mostly consists in outwitting people, robbing widows and orphans, and inflicting suffering on the helpless for one's own ends, and that's not art: that's business."

7. If this mosque was free of military activity, then bombing it was a big mistake
Is there any information about whether the mosque was a dual-use building, e.g., weapons storage or military training along with worship?

If it was used for both, then Hamas is to blame for its destruction by making it a legitimate target and hearts and minds will have to wait until Hamas is disarmed.

10. Hard To Know At This Remove, Sir
Israeli target lists seem to be fairly good by all reports, but there will always be error in the business. Error, resulting from good-faith effort, is not crime....

12. One of the IAF YouTube vidoes showed a strike on a mosque followed my massive secondaries
For a place of worship, it sure had a lot of energetics stored there.

8. The secular corruption of religious organizations is hardly isolated to the Middle East.
Hamas is a political organization. There's nothing new or unique about political activists cloaking themselves in the prevalent religious cloak.

9. True From Some Angles, Sir
But the leadership of Hamas is clerical at key points, and the blend of nationalism and religion they adhere to is a bit higher proof than usual in the latter element.
