Who's Staying at Blair House?

Has anyone found out who is occupying Blair House? Apparently whoever it is can't be bumped for the in coming first family. The Obamas will have to wait till the 15th for whoever it is to vacate before the first family can move in. I am surprised the media (with probably no effort) has not bothered to find out who it is that is important enough to supersede an incoming president. I suppose these days there is no such thing as protocol?
