First off I know there are many here who don't like what I say but I have to ask.

For all the times people spent their time and effort and money to go out and protest against the occupation and Impeachment and for the conditions at Walter Reed and on and on and not one thing had changed from all that effort. Not limited to and including all the emails and calls and letters set to our reps who were in a position to do something.

All of these things and many not even mentioned here because it would require volumes have been pushed completely out of sight and mind as if they are from some long lost past.

No one even knows what happened to most of these issues that were of high concern and yet so many are ready to move forward and let it all rush right past into the ether or through the looking glass except for those who bare the scars from many of these horrors.

I suppose now there may be another or many walls with the names etched into the surface and this will make it all just go away and be alright.

Of all the times people protested in DC alone I recall only a few of the reps whether from the house or senate who worked right there came out and stand before the people yet many who did not are still in their seats and part of this new administration.

Just a question if felt I would ask , What happened?

2. Spinelessness,
at least on the part of Democrats in Congress. Utter and total spinelessness.

When I read this - http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Dems_consider_overturning_stem_cell_ban_0102.html - I was absolute livid. Still am. They should use stem cell research to see if they can maybe grow backbones.

Now that we've won, and won big, will these Democratic weasels - Pelosi and Reid foremost among them - continue to behave as if someone had a gun to their heads, or will they stand up and do the things they were elected to do?

Like make stem cell research what it should have been all along?

I don't have to have to start despising fellow Democrats. But they look like they're gonna make it awfully hard not to.
