I've been a fan of John Edwards since he was a senator. I'm glad John and Liz are deciding to stay in the race. He and Elizabeth are true progressives who want to change this country for the best. Even though I'm backing Obama for the Democratic Nomination, Edwards is undoubtedly my 2nd pick and if Obama gets the nod I'd want to see Edwards as the VP candidate.

John has what it takes to be a great president, and if not for Barack he'd have my unwavering support for the nomination. But even though he's not my number one pick for the nomination, I support him and his wife 100% and feel it's an honor to have two strong, admirable progressives in our party. John, Elizabeth, and their family will be in my prayers and I hope everything works out as well as possible.
