Blair, I can understand. Northern Ireland's treaties will be his greatest accomplishment, and its a great one indeed.

John Howard and Alvaro Uribe? Uh, now. Howard was a hardass who did serious damage to Australia's reputation, Uribe is a jackbooted ends-justify-the-means bozo who has caused problems in Colombia.
