Halliburton was the finance arm. We got pissed at them for lots of contractual crap they pulled.

But the bad guys were KBR. They're slimier. And they're trying to walk.

KBR used to be owned by Halliburton. They only sold them when it was clear the turd was on its way through the wind machine.
