1. Hilarious is right.
The whining bully reTHUGs started bitching as soon as Dems took the majority, and they just can't see the irony or their own hypocrisy.

It's all in the same vein of the following classic keeper of a quote from the reTHUG minority leader:

"What we really expect out of the Democrats is for them to treat us as they would like to have been treated."
-House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH), 1/4/2007

They "expect" to be treated as we "would like to have been treated."

Translation: "Don't fuck us like we fucked you." And not even any manners, with nary a "please" thrown in.

It's just too rich!

They thought it was going to be their one-way street forever. They just don't get it.

4. that's an odd take on the "golden rule"
others should treat you like they wish you would treat them.

5. But typical.
You may have noticed that it's very typical of the standard reTHUG attitude, which also includes "do as I say, not as I do."

8. They've always proclaimed this "winner take all" attitude
until they lost. Suddenly they've embraced the notion of rights for the minority. Of course, in locations where they control state legislatures, they continue their "Winner take all" attitude.

10. Of course.
Typical of schoolyard bullies, isn't it?

They just don't get it that we've got them figured out.

That was the part I loved most about the way Senator Boxer kept putting Inhofe in his place when President Gore testified yesterday.

She was the quintessential mother/teacher figure setting boundaries and laying down the law for the unruly brat and I loved every second of it.

NOW the grownups are in charge.

:D

2. I Love The Smell Of Irony In The Morning....
well, anytime really.

"BooHooHoo" cried the sniveling little piss ants when they didn't get their way.

"F You!" cried we the people when they began to see the light at the end of the tunnel. "Go cry to someone who gives a crap."

The End
(is hopefully near)
