According to Tony Snow, my eighth grade social studies teacher
Edited on Thu Mar-22-07 06:53 PM by texpatriot2004
was wrong and my high school civics teacher too. According to Tony Snow, speaker for the Criminal Cabal the United States Congress has no oversight authority? Go figure. Hell, according to Tony Snow everything I have ever learned about our Government is incorrect and everything I have experienced as a Political participant or spectator in the United States is incorrect. Tony takes crazymaking to a new level. As I recollect, every Administration until this one was subject to checks and balances of the separate, but co-equal branch of the United States Government, also known as the United States Congress.

It seems to me that this Administration gets more absurd by the moment and if it were not so disgusting it might be hilarious.

I wonder what the Legal Scholars will have to say about this? I wonder what the Congress will have to say about this? I wonder why they spent millions and millions of dollars to find out where the first penis went years ago?

Basically, the Criminal Cabal says we didn't do anything wrong because we say so and all the laws of this Country which applied heretofore do not apply to us.

Well then, Snowboat that settles it eh? NOT!

Seriously, what do you guys think about this absurd announcement.

3. "we didn't do anything wrong because we say so"
Beautiful! The Bush Administration's philosophy (if a circular argument counts as "philosophy") -- in a nutshell.

"Basically, the Criminal Cabal says we didn't do anything wrong because we say so and all the laws of this Country which applied heretofore do not apply to us."

8. Remember the Monty Python sketch
where the man brings a dead bird back to the pet store, and the pet store clerk insists the bird isn't dead? That's Tony Snow. A typical Republican trick is to just say the lie often enough, it will be perceived as truth.
