1. They Still Haven't Gotten The Memo
Not that these "supply siders" weren't clueless before, but now they're totally on anther world. They still haven't gotten the clue that when a market goes unregulated it all but invites the crooks in and those "big profits" are nothing more than smoke screens of the fleecing going on. Many of these poor schmucks got taken and still don't know it as their vaunted markets are in a shambles and it's only hope is a good dose of both federal government and regulation.

We're in uncharted waters here...the hopes are the heavy investment into infrastructure and social spending will generate new jobs and services, but that doesn't ease the credit mess that has billions stashed in mattresses and on the sidelines...business won't move until that money does, and until investors feel secure not in just what they invest in, but who they invest with, that money stays in the mattress.

:hi:

4. I think they should listen to Obama's speech from yesterday
He told them it was dead. That said watching the new model evolve will be interesting but I never expected it to take shape overnight. That said, Obama better understand that it will have to be bottom up. I believe he knows that but convincing the greedy and the stupid in his own party is going to take time.

8. My position is simple - begin by
repealing the tax cuts to the rich.

9. I remember that from the campaign
But like the rest of that rhetoric, it seems subject to change anytime the right wants to change it.
