Are you going to maintain the 50-state strategy implemented by Howard Dean? As a resident of Arizona, a red state which could go blue, I feel that it is a very valuable strategy that will help the Democrats both in the short and long run. Given that it already feels like the Democrats and the incoming administration are "throwing Arizona under the bus" by taking away Janet (leaving the state to the right wing mercies of Jan Brewer), abandoning the 50 state strategy would further cement my feeling that Democrats living in red states don't matter to the current Democratic leadership. I both gave money and volunteered for Obama's campaign - if I feel that I don't matter to the Democratic leadership, I will be a lot less likely to do either of those on a national level in the future.
