7. I resigned from the "latest-and-greatest" tech-nerd brigade ten years ago.

No cell phone (hate 'em), no Tivo, no HD, no PDA. I just can't be bothered with gadget baby-sitting anymore. I must've OD'd.

Tomorrow will likely be spent clearing 5" of new snowfall ... and then recovering from the crippling pain in my back (sciatica) from doing it. It'd take all weekend if I hadn't just bought a snowblower before Xmas.
