Bush Requests Balance of TARP Funds..before he leaves...
Senior Bush administration officials, consulting with the Obama transition team, have prepared a plan to ask lawmakers for the second half of the $700 billion financial rescue package despite intense opposition in Congress, sources familiar with the discussions said.

Is this like someone who does a "dine and dash".. eats a big meal at a restaurant and then leaves without paying?

3. Give the money solely to Obama and Geithner, not Bush and Paulson.
We all know that Bush intends to throw the money at his rich buddy-buddies in the banks, then when nothing happens to help the economy, shrug his shoulders and smirk and say he had no idea that the money would disappear.

Obama and Geithner have been busting their asses coming up with a plan to spend the money wisely and ensure it's used to help homeowners and small businesses weather this economic storm.

Under no circumstances should Bush or his cronies be allowed near this money!
