The Center for Public Integrity needs your knowledge and insight as we continue to search for systematic executive branch failures not yet included in Broken Government.

Here’s how you can help: Briefly describe an important failure in a federal department or agency. Tell us why this is important, how it happened, and how it has directly affected citizens. And please tell us how you learned of the failure. If you can point us to any documentation, public or private, that would help make our coverage even stronger. We love documents and data.

We will pass your information on to our reporters and editors to help guide our examination. We are happy to accept anonymous tips and leads.

With your input, we will continue to tell the story of what has gone wrong with our government over the last administration — and what needs to be fixed by the next one.



I suggested two for the list. The failed US/Israeli foreign policies guided by AIPAC and slashing the Defense budget instead of entitlements. I don't know if they will make the list but it sure felt good to vent.
