1. I don't know why anyone would want an Olympics.

So your city can lose hundreds of millions of dollars, have its construction delays become the laughingstock of the world, and then become so congested as to be unusable for weeks? Yeah, that's great. I mean, I understand why the tourism and hospitality industry in a city would want it, but beyond that...

2. Permanet Olympic sites for the summer and winter

games should be chosen and all Olympic members should be required to help build the necessary venues
to hold the events. This would solve the problems of the taxpayers of member nations being shaken down every 4 years to build new venues that exist already in other cities.
