To clarify:

WASHINGTON - The government plans to close all bridges from Virginia into the District of Columbia to everything but bus traffic on the day Barack Obama takes the oath as president.

The bridge closures were announced Wednesday by the Secret Service, which is overseeing inauguration security. A map released by the Secret Service shows about 3.5 square miles of downtown Washington closed to traffic starting mid-afternoon on Jan. 19, the day before the inauguration. Streets will remain closed to most traffic until morning rush hour on Jan. 21, Obama's first full day as president.

"No personal vehicles will be able to cross into the district from Virginia. Folks have got to make alternative plans, and we need to start making those plans now," said Va. State Police Superintendent Col. W. Steven Flaherty

10. I'm not saying anything about the state of Virginia.
Only that it'd be nice to lock all the Republicans away to a single location. Don't read what isn't there.

12. All Republicans leaving town?
Does that mean that no Republican members of Congress will be at the inauguration?
