On Tony Snow's reason for not wanting a transcript : muhaha
His basic argument is that transcripts would lead to a show trial of Karl Rove in the media, and we can't have that, can we?

And this from the people who have CREATED the corporate media and have used it to pour sand into an entire nation's eyes?

This from people who have made a show trial out of a person's private (legal) sexual life?

Do they expect people to trusssst the administration on telling the truth? After Cheney's secret energy meetings? And the 9/11 comission whitewash? And Iraq? And Plamegate? Spying.

You have got to be kidding me. I almost died laughing. Do they really expect the people to weigh Rove being showtried a little to the importance of getting incontrovertible facts out of this admin, and expect them to go "aaah well that Rove he's so cute his wellbeing is more important than the security of this nation"

Really, that is a killer talking point. NOT

3. Rove is a public servant?
What am I missing? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't he a private employee of GWB as is Harriet Miers?

4. I guess he is not. But
that doesn't change anything in my rationale : as a private person, he has accountability too.

5. I think you are wrong. Rove has an official position in the White House as Senior Advisor. I don't
think private citizens are allowed to have a WH office, security clearance and sit in on the kind of meetings that he does.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_Rove

George W. Bush was first inaugurated in January 2001, and Rove accepted a position in the Bush administration as Senior Advisor to the President.

6. No wonder this Nation is fucked...that lolo Bush chose Rove to advise him
Rove uses dirty tricks to make Bush look good...he thinks by being Bushies Brain and using his power...he can forever have his cake and trough too.....

But his Plans have FLAWS...major ones....what can go wrong...will go wrong...so sez the Law Firm of Murphy and Murphy

Nearly 7 years into the Office, ya would think some good decisions would emerge....at least a few....maybe 3 or 4? 1 or 2?

What??????...Not even ONE>>>>>>>......! Holy Crap....Batting .000 Its been all losses.

Meaning: Roves Value has run out, his streak is coming to an end.....more setbacks than gains...Spin Dept fatigued / over worked..Bush shoulda picked a better advisor....Bushies Bad....

Sorry if I went off topic...
