1. They are so smart and stylish, too.
I've never met one that didn't make me think he knew he was tops!

Do they have an undercoat?

5. Oh my goodness yes.
That's one of their drawbacks, the heavy undercoat and the bark. Other than that they are the smartest, sweetest, and most loyal dogs.

2. If I ever get a dog I have narrowed it to the following:
a mutt which would be fine

a sheltie

a corgi

an Italian greyhound

a rat terrier.

a Boston terrier

I also LOVE Golden Retrievers and Great Danes, but they're just a little too big for me.

4. I am kinda partial to one of these:

Damned cuddly. A little hard to train, however. They have this tendancy to destroy worlds and eat your brain.

8. The housecleaners will not thank them as they vacuum up enough hair to knit a sweater or two

I had one--a very sweet neurotic boy who suffered terribly with allergies of his own and died too soon. RIP Dylan.
