Will Cheney have to swear in Burris and Franken?

4. According to Burris, Cheney will be swearing him in Wed. or Thurs.

However, if they can't coordinate schedules, a member of the Senate will do it - but, for now, Burris said on Rachel Maddow last night that he was trying to coordinate a time with his and his family's schedules and Cheney's schedule for Wednesday or Thursday.
