2. Well, he never played cowboy, more "gentleman rancher"
so he could con people who didn't know the difference into believing he was the slightly more genuine gentleman rancher, Reagan.

I still think he's going to stick Jenna with the "ranch" if he can't get the taxpayers of Texas to buy it from him at a huge profit to use as a museum and tourist pilgrimage site when everybody realizes what a great leader he was.
