Of course, traditional chinese food can be really healthy, I have had some spectacular steamed fish dishes. But I will admit that I can feel my arteries clogging after downing a bowl of Kung Pau Chicken...

Next time it will be Italian, then Mexican, then... If you eat out, you are most likely not getting a low calorie or low fat meal.

I live in a very rural area and Chinese restaurants outnumber McDonalds and Burger Kings. They are the new fast food. You can get all you want to eat, for about the same price as a burger meal, and almost as quickly.
