Paul Krugman makes the case to hold the Bushies accountable in his NYT column titled, "Forgive and Forget?" (Fri, Jan. 16.) Read it here:

Maybe we should be quiet about this matter and wait until Obama takes office and an Attorney General is confirmed.

Then again, this may be the only Op-Ed the NYT covers on the subject for a while so let's light up Krugman's column with comments:

And remember, it's not about retribution. Rather it's about protecting the Constitution now and looking forward.

4. I agree, it's my hope that President Obama will try to remain
"above" the fray and let his AG enforce the law and prosecute these criminals without regard for their position, past or present.
