Appoint David Iglesias as Special Prosecutor of Bush Crimes

There's merit to having a Republican investigate crimes of Republicans and no one has more integrity than David Iglesias.

He was one of the District Attorneys that Bush fired. Iglesias refused to engage in Karl Rove's political witch hunts.

1. You cannot name a likely victim of the crime as the prosecutor
assigned with the duties to objectively investigate the wrongs.

That would be the same thing they did, corrupting the system for personal reasons, abusing the powers of the office for personal reasons.
