6. Mitchell worked for NBC throughout her husband's tenure. So why did NBC ask Maria Shriver

to step down from her position when her husband became governor?

I see the Greenspan/Mitchell marriage, given her husband's influence over national policy, as much more of a conflict of interest than that of Ahnuld & Maria.

Why, can someone explain please???

Oh, that's right, even though married to a Repub., Shriver is a Democrat, so the ethics rules actually apply to her.
