You know, back in the old days, a lot of things were considered miracles.
Like, people used to get so excited when the days started getting longer again in winter that they partied for 12 days!

Sometimes it's OK to get excited when things go right after all.

1. There's really nothing of importance done by the word "miracle"...
that isn't already done by "Whoa! That's awesome! Hell if I know how it happened!"

2. A miracle is just a fluke we're delighted with
We can't control when they occur and we certainly can't count on them.

4. Might be a fluke, or it might be completely repeatable and predictable...
Just not predictable *by the schlub calling it a "miracle"*.

Doesn't mean other, better-informed, people can't predict it.

5. I've had some miracles in my life.
I've never been arrested, spent time in jail, and I didn't die in killer accidents. My life has been full of wild stories where the outcome was truly miraculous. Then there are people, some were complete strangers, that altered the direction of where I was headed.
