in my neighborhood too but that doesn't mean life is improving for me. I still have a 15 year old truck and no income to speak of.

7. The first two are true.
Cell phones are about a hundred times more common than they were pre-war. Unfortunately, by nearly every non-cell-phone-related metric, life is worse now than under Saddam.
