In January for a playoff game in 29 degree and raining weather, and hang out for HOURS before and after the game (well not the KC fans, but the Denver fans) against the Broncos (yes we won) I think everyone gathered for OUR GUYS BIG PARTY will be just fine.

The high temp was 20 and everyone was fine.
I dressed in layers and over dressed, had to take off a second sweatshirt jacket during the day.
I come from Houston, Texas.
I sure wish I could go.
