1. Looks like it was suppose to land in the Hudson!

3. It's great that the investigators have the footage, but it's a little creepy; it seems
like there's a video record of pretty much everywhere in a major city, if you search hard enough...

4. A friend showed me photos taken from the 13th floor
She was in a building right at the site of the rescue, around 28th Street. Watched the whole thing, the plane flying low, the landing. At one point in her photos it is evident that the plane was completely submerged under water (the people were already rescued). The plane is just not there. She said the tugboats put ropes around the wings and pulled it back to the surface. You can see it in the photos, the ferries and tugboats circled around and the plane nowhere in sight. A few minutes delay in the rescue and those passengers would have been under water. Amazing.
