Who should Obama give the task of finding the perp(s) who tried to assassinate Dems with Anthrax?

Who should Obama give the task of finding the perp(s) who tried to assassinate Dems with Anthrax?
The FBI has been on the case bumbling around since 2001 with no discernible results so I would say forget them clowns. We need someone who actually is interested in solving this case. This is damn important. The murderer who tried to kill some of our Democratic Senators is still running loose. That shouldn't be.

Who should Obama get to try and solve this case?

Who would be the best?

...although doesn't Steven Hatfill have a lawsuit pending? There might be some light shed on the subject via the lawsuit.
