Naybe around the Politico office. I've always been suspect of that operation. Allen is definitely the worst there...petty and full of himself.

The only other dudes I see from the Politico were Jim vandeHei...but didn't see him much during the campaign and Ben Smith who covered the Obama campaign, and actually did a pretty good job.

OK...I'm being subtle. All I have to say is the name Joseph Allibritton...the owner of Politico. When his first hires were VanDeHei and Allen, it was obvious the lean of that site.

I wouldn't call them radical right...like the Moonie Times...but they sure do like to play the beltway games, subtle in the way they astroturf the propaganda.

"Everyone reads the Politico"? Wrongo. I've never seen a copy of that bird cage liner nor have ever bothered to read their website. Joe Allibritton can make his right wing money from others...not me.

The other day I think it was Atrios who pointed out the game stenographers like Allen play...attempting to always use a right wing talking point or "assumption" as "conventional wisdom" to show how "balanced" he is.
