Shut Down Mail Service In Washington DC Til Wednesday

The postal office should take Tuesday off as well.

You can expect George W Bush to issue a whole series of pardons in the next 36 hours. However, they MUST be delivered to the beneficiary in order to take place. So my idea here is to ensure that most of these pardons never get delivered while Bush is still in office. Then we claim they are invalid.
