Could the Presidential Pardons Already Be Filed, but Not Made Public?
It is quiet. A little too quiet. Clinton pardoned a slew of people in his last 48 hours. So far, nary a peep from the chimp.

Could they already be filled, but not made public? What exactly is the trigger that makes them public? Any site we can keep an eye on?

He has less than 23 hours to do his last deed.

4. When was the latest pardon from Clinton or other Presidents?
I know many were done in the last days, but the last hours?
