That's a pretty good list but I didn't see any mention of the
pallet loads of $100 bills that simply vaporized in Baghdad.

14. on quick glance it seems to have left off the Presidential briefing of August 6th

that said 'Bin Laden determined to attack within the US'. Guess he gets a freebie on not being accountable on that one.
The list is general rather than specific though. The specific list of crimes and misdemeanors is much much longer.
