CNN Situation Room: So Mitch McConnell is saying that "this is itt...the last chance for Maliki."
That "you can't ignore the people in a democracy." How rich. He wants to give *'s plan a chance to work, then it's over. Mitchie wants to kick the can down the road to buy time for the Republics at the next election. This is the most cynical political ploy ever devised by the Republics...the worst in history. More deaths for Republic votes is what they are hoping.

Time for the people to roar back.

It is the question isn't it - The kids that die now, in this "surge" - against all reason - won't that constitute negligent homicide - for this administration.

I think the "war" people better be prepared to answer that question now cause it will be asked shortly by many of us.

He's just too much of a coward to take a position. This is precisely why we're in this god awful mess. Ole Mitch is an intolerable do-nothing jerk. Just let him know when it's safe to come out. No doubt he'll be the first one to run his mouth when his corporate buddies need a favor or a tax break.
