Do Iranians wear a sign? I'm confused about the new rules of engagement

According to CNN, the new rules state that it's now OK for US troops to capture or KILL Iranians who "interfere" with the Iraq war.

So, let's see.,.

group of US soldiers stop some suspicious men, and decide that some of them are Iranian. Is it ok to kill them right there and then and say they were "interferers"...or do they "custodize" them, and kill them later?

or are the soldiers supposed to "shoot on sight" and then claim "they looked like Iranians"?

This whole "new plan" is all about creating a provocative "incident" that will further enrage Iran..

2. Well, they certainly can't communicate.

I've been pointing that out about our troops going door to door - how do they know the enemy? Who is the enemy? Sunni, Shia, Al Qaeda, Iranian? How are our troops supposed to know the difference between any of them when they can't understand the language. It's all about mass killing, IMHO. That's what our troops will be given the green light to do - kill anyone.

If the Army comes back saying that they had to kill Iranians for interfering in the War than Bush can say We need to invade Iran because they are trying to kill us and interfering in the development of a nation.

If someone shoots at our troops they're Iranian. If someone captures our troops, they're Iranian. If we kill anyone they were insurgents or Iranians aiding the insurgents. Etc etc. etc.
