I work at Warner Bros. and we are working on some Looney Tunes from 1942. One that we did today was a propoganda piece...even had a vulture with Japanese flags on his wings.

Anyhow, the narrator said:

"Oil -- the life blood of mechanized warfare...
Here are the oil fields of a central European country,
Recently seized by an aggressor nation which sorely needs this oil
to run some of its stalled, mechanized units."

I blurted out "Oh my God!"

My client says, "What, what?!"

I said, "This is exactly what's going on now!"

(I don't know his political views, but he did agree with me.)

5. We are doing Looney Tunes collections...

There are something like 1100 cartoons and we are re-mastering them all. Then they get released as collections. Not all of them are propoganda -- most of them are Bugs, Daffy, and Elmer Fudd!
