DID US SPY ON JOURNALIST? - WhistleBlower Tice - YES!!!
Edited on Wed Jan-21-09 09:11 PM by kpete
BUSH spying on J0urnalists
NOW On Countdown
THEY MONITORED ALL COMMUNICATIONS - ALL
MSNBC

UPDATE:
Breaking: Journalists were indiscriminately wiretapped…
by Paul, 01/21/2009, 5:52 PM

Russell Tice, former National Security Agency analyst, is on Keith Olbermann’s “Countdown” right now saying that the Administration wiretapped all communications of targeted journalists. He has not mentioned specific publications or individuals but did not reject Olbermann’s mention of The New York Times and Olbermann (MSNBC) himself…

This comes after Olbermann ran old video of Bush saying only individuals and groups suspected of terrorist activities were targeted, only foreign communications, etc. etc.

Olbermann says he will have Tice on again tomorrow…

5. Had a 24/7 tap on journalists to make sure they didn't accidently over hear journalists
A bait and switch where they claimed to be collected data so they would not listen to it - right! Since terrorists were likely to have short phone calls of under two minutes the government taped all calls less than two minutes - thats the rationale they required to listen in on you and I. This guy was afraid to come forward until Bush was no longer in office.

12. Which is it? "ALL COMMUNICATIONS" or "all communications of targeted journalists"?
And why would he need to mention specific publications or individuals if WE ALL were targeted?

My next question is when did President Obama put the kabosh on all this indiscriminate wiretapping and why haven't we been told about it? Or is it still going on during the Obama administration?

15. Spying on journalists to blackmail them?
I don't doubt it in the least. I think he was spying on congress as well.

Remember the congratulations phone call by Bush to the newly seated Jim Webb as senator of Virgina? And right off the bat he mentions his son in Iraq? I thought Bush was threatening Webb's son's safety in Iraq. The reason I point this out is I have no doubt this was going on without our knowledge for journalists and congress as well. If you remember congress was giving Bush everything he wanted to the last minute. Blackmail is the only thing that makes sense, and spying is exactly what you need to blackmail somebody.
