1. Tillman was vocal in declaring the Iraq war as "Illegal as hell".
For that he was probably fragged.

13. He was coming home to campaign for Kerry and against Bush and the dictatortot
Edited on Fri Mar-23-07 07:38 PM by blm
and his entire campaign could not handle that happening, when a person like Tillman would have gotten all the media he wanted at the point of his return.

This was CERTAINLY no accident.

14. Agreed. No accident. 90% likelihood he was murdered by Loyal Bushies
Edited on Sat Mar-24-07 12:49 PM by tom_paine
They burned his armor and confiscated his journal, the fucking Comrade Bushevik BASTARDS!

They killed Tillman for being a True American and a True Patriot. He would have been a powerful voice for Kerry and may well have carried the election for him, as he would have been one of the few people, a football hero & combat vet of UNIMPEACHABLE character.

Most if not all of the NFL would have immediately rushed to his side, no matter what the Loyal Bushies at or near the top of the NFL power structure tried to do to stop him.

So he had to go. God damn their murdering souls to HELL.

90% likelihood his "friendly-fire" accident was NO ACCIDENT. Bet the bastards that did it all got quietly promoted or more likely, are now CIA employees of the Loyal Bushie faction.

17. he was planning on meeting Chomskey
one of his favorite authors. I agree, he was most defiantly assassinated for his beliefs......

<snip>

As for Chomsky, whom Ann Coulter would undoubtedly label "treasonous," Mary Tillman says a private meeting was planned between him and Pat after Pat's return--a meeting that never took place, of course. Chomsky confirms this scenario. This was the real Pat Tillman: someone who, like the majority of this country, was doubting the rationale for war, distrusting his Commander in Chief and looking for answers. The real Pat Tillman, the one with three dimensions, must stick in the throat of the Bush-Coulter gang, a pit in the cherry atop their bloody sundae.

CBS News Exclusive: New Finding in Pat Tillman's Death

WASHINGTON (KCBS) -- CBS News has learned that an investigation by the Pentagon inspector-general into the "friendly fire" death of San Jose's own football-star-turned-soldier, Pat Tillman, will blame nine officers, including four generals, for failing to follow regulations and using poor judgement in a series of missteps that kept the truth of how he died from his family for more than a month.

The official version was that the former NFL player had died in a firefight with the enemy and it was only after a national televised memorial service was held that Tillman's wife and parents were told he had been mistakenly shot by one of his own men.

Until now only the soldiers who were part of Tillman's unit of Army Rangers have been disciplined for the events which resulted in his death. It will be up to the Army to decide what if any disciplinary action will be taken against the nine officers.

In May of 2002, Tillman turned down a $3.6-million contract with the NFL Arizona Cardinals to enlist in the Army. He fought in Iraq, then Afghanistan, where he died in April of 2004.

6. Pat was one of the good ones
In the 1997 Rose Bowl both Ohio State & Arizona State players
were "chirping" @ each other .... being an OSU fan my first memory
of Tillman was that he would have none of it.

The linebackers for the 2005 Ohio State team
A.J. Hawk, Bobby Carpenter, and Anthony Schlagel all grew
their hair out in honor of Pat Tillman.

bush is not worthy of even mentioning his name.

7. and many more....
These damn liars cover up everything that is why I don't believe the numbers about the dead. I believe that in some case many more die at one time and they report the numbers as one or two when in reality there are many killed at once. If this sounds like a conspiracy thats the way I look at it when dealing with these liars you can't believe anything they say...

12. short refresher
Kauzlarich, in a stunning display of Christian empathy, blamed the family for continuing to ask questions about the circumstances of Pat’s death, and suggested that the reason they’d found no closure was that infidels such as themselves (the Tillmans did not belong to a church), when they die, are only “worm dirt.”
(snip)

“But there been numerous unfortunate cases of fratricide,” Kauzlarich told ESPN, “and the parents have basically said, ‘OK, it was an unfortunate accident.’ And they let it go. So this is—I don’t know, these people have a hard time letting it go. It may be because of their religious beliefs.”

Nothing to do with the fact that the Department of Defense lied to them until the impending redeployment of in-the-know Ranger batallion back to the U.S. made the revelation of fratricide inevitable … oh no.

http://www.truthdig.com/report/item/20060728_worm_dirt/

“What we’re about to do is going to change every one of our lives. And it’ll all be okay… as long as we win.”

Winning. Kauzlarich muses with Finkel:

“Who will win?” he said, rephrasing the questions. “I will win.”

He thought about his answer.

“Is that belief or confidence?” he asks rhetorically. “Is it confidence, or is it overconfidence? Those are questions I have to ask myself. Because if it’s overconfidence, it’s arrogance.”

He thought some more.

“I will win,” he said again.

I will win! Me, Ralph Kauzlarich, the star ... the leading man.

18. This wasn't THEATER?!? Or Worse?
Damn you Mr. President, for accusing others of what you excel at, and revel in. And what has cost lives of the innocent in numbers still mostly unknown.

If you had shame, any SHAME AT ALL, I'd wish it on you.

But you don't.

19. History Channel had a special on this last night
called Shootout!

They explained the whole scenario and as I was watching, I was saying to myself, this was obviously no accident. He apparantly let of a smoke grenade to let them know he was a ranger, as well as waving his arms and yelling, "cease fire, I'm a friendly!" The official explanation was they thought the smoke grenade was just smoke from a mortar round going off....yeah...right....
