"Milk" up for Best Picture...

But I think Slumdog Millionaire (ALSO a GREAT movie) may be the one taking home the prize. I hate it when the really good stuff goes head to head. BOTH deserve huge accolades.

Wall-E was nominated for Best Screenplay and Best Animated pic. Of coure Best Picture nom would have been great.

10. Animated films and science fiction are a double handicap.

Both film classes need to be beyond spectacular to even get a mention at the Oscars.

Sean Penn for Best Actor, Josh Brolin for Supporting Actor, also "Milk" nominated for it's Screenplay and Director.

Everyone deserves an award for their acting. Brilliant!

6. It's an excellent film and Penn was incredible. That said, I have seen all of the films except for

The Reader, and so far, Slumdog is my favorite.
