and the second time he was reading right off the Constitution--still Roberts either does not notice there is no "God" involved in the oath.
He is either a moron or an activist judge.

5. Obama is a believer who requested the addition |
|
The second reading was to make sure all the words were there to satisfy the magical thinkers on the lunatic right who think elections don't count but the magic words do.
Yeah, it looks dumb to a non believer, but it impressed other believers.

7. And if you listen to the transcripts of both oaths. |
|
You'll hear Roberts say "So help you God?" not "So help me God". Obama wanted it included and Roberts is phrasing it in the form of a question. If he so choose, Obama could have answered "No". But he answered "So help me God"
Give it a rest already would you please??!! Let's all move on and work together to fix our broken country instead of being hung up on petty bullshit like this.

9. As it is his personal choice... |

Obama's that is, I can live with it.
I'm mush more thankful that he actually mentioned "non-believers" in his inaugural address, and in an inclusive way. A first, I would think.
