22. I know I'm going to get hammered for this but,

the things he's doing are the easy stuff -- Gitmo, transparency, torture, stem cells. Not that I don't applaud and openly welcome each and every one of them. These are all sort of "gimme's." The test as to how progressive he is will come with the harder stuff: NAFTA, CAFTA, immigration, who gets the bail-our monies, whether or not he'll offer the Israeli/Palestinian conflict more even-handedly than the * administration, the war in Afghanistan and a myriad of other issues not so much of a gimme.

Remember how ecstatic we were when we got a Dem. Congress and Senate? They increased minimum wage then continued to fund both wars, sign off of FISA, sign off of CAFTA, "impeachment is off the table," are considering more H1-B Visas and a myriad of other not-so-Democrat agendas.

Again, I heartily applaud what he's done so far. We'll see how he handles the harder issues.
