Seriously, though- I assume after all his cardiovascular and rhythm disturbances, he doesn't have much "cardiac reserve" left. I'm betting his ejection fraction is 20% or lower. Not good for the stairs, cold air and general low grade walking that cardiac cripples must ultimately deal with.

That "pulling his back" shit was a cover for not really being able to do much. The world can't even see Dr. Evil in his 12th hour appearing "weak". Wouldn't look good for all the other Dr. Evil wanna-bes.
