http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/p_limit.htmI know it's easy to be cynical after all the cover up and secrecy over the past 8 years, but Barack Obama does speak truth to power. The closing of Gitmo and the new revelations of all the illegal spying that was done under the umbrella of the NSA (and the Bush administration) is just a start.
I have faith that as we peel back the layers of the onion, the evidence will be so compelling that We The People we demand that Shrub and Shooter --- who abused their power and lied their way into war will be charged, tried, and sentenced. It may take more than one Democratic Administration, but once the full truth is revealed, I believe that justice for the war crimes and criminals will be handed out.
What we know so far is just the tip of the iceberg...but finally, the truth has a chance of seeing the light of day!
