* Needless to say we are going to hear this from the right about anything and everything that Hillary does as Secretary of State.

6. An Interesting Discussion on this Yesterday...

We'll never hear the end of Clinton bashing. It was too big of a franchise for the GOOP...and a convenient scapegoat. But the days of using the Clintons as "whipping boys and girls" has all but worn out its shelf-life with many voters. A prime reason was how much boooshie fucked up over the past 8 years. If anything, the wingnuts deserve credit for making Hillary a national and world power and resurrecting the Clinton presidential legacy. The crowds gave Bill and Hillary almost as loud an ovation as they did President Obama at Tuesday's innaugural...while boooshie got a well deserved send off from the crowd.

Here's their dilemna...and the focus of the discussion. The Clintons are money magnets for the right wing...or they were. But that well is now dry as the booosh "legacy" has all but driven away the moderates and independents. Also the GOOP is cash-strapped. They need new boogiemen. Al Franken is a perfect example...as is Barney Frank...and even then, we've seen how poorly they demonized Nancy Pelosi (I think it worked more here on DU than in the general public).

The good thing is who gives a rat's ass what the right wing has to say. They lost! They lost! They lost! They're totally out of power and pushing further off the political abyss. Their problem is restoring their own credibility before they try to question someone elses.
