The presidents tax cut plan is nothing more than a welfare payment to people who do not pay taxes.. Ok 1st of they mean income taxes.. BUT everyone pays payroll taxes.. I.E. Social Security taxes.. for a long time these taxes paid have gone into the federal treasury just the same as income taxes.. so they can be treated the same.. The last time there was a effort to separate the 2 was by Al Gore.. remember the famous "Locked Box"??? Republicans ridiculed it.. sooo this is not a welfare payment this is just as it is labeled a TAX CUT for people who pay it.. ONLY it is geared for those in the lower middle class. We need to constantly shoot down this lie/mis-truth every time they try to fly it.. cause they will keep trying and trying and trying and TRYING to turn this lie into the perceived truth.. they are real good at it..
