3. I heard him on NPR a few minutes ago, and he sounded like a repuke.

He was saying that if he was kicked out the legislature was going to raise taxes by 66%. Scare the public with the fear of tax increases. Very Norquist of him!

5. If Palin had Blago's brains and political senses

she'd actually be a threat. Republicans treasure seediness, a little intimidation/blackmail and pay to play wouldn't do more than make the scum proud.
